About this home
Great apartment with one double bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and located right in the centre of Barcelona. There is central AC/heating and fridge, washing machine and dishwasher included. Monthly rental only. For tourism and leasure stays above 32 nights only. We provide one set of bedsheets and towels per stay. The utility bills up to €150 are included. In case you spend more, we will inform you and you will need to pay the difference. PLEASE NOTE: late check-in carries the following EXTRA charges: - EUR 30 after 21:00 - EUR 50 after 00:00 NOTE: Monthly rental. Apartment strictly and only available for stays over 32 nights. It is no possible to inscribe in the cityhall and proof must be given of your residence in your home country.
