The two rates we sell
Every apartment is offered on two rates, side by side, and the one you pick at checkout is the one that applies to your booking. The Flexible rate can be cancelled. The Non-refundable rate is 10% cheaper and cannot.
Flexible rate
- More than 7 days before check-in: free cancellation, everything you paid is refunded.
- Between 3 and 7 days before check-in: we refund 50% of the accommodation and the cleaning fee in full.
- Less than 3 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- Booked 7 or more days ahead: you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking, whatever the dates.
- Date changes are free until the free-cancellation deadline, subject to availability. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference.
Non-refundable rate
Booked at 10% below the flexible price. Once paid it cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved to other dates, for any reason. If your plans are not firm, book the Flexible rate.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is collected on arrival and is not part of your online payment, so a cancelled stay is never charged for it.
Refunds
We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp at +34 608 753 300. A cancellation counts from the moment we receive it in writing.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot deliver the apartment you booked, we rehouse you in an equivalent apartment or refund you in full, including any non-refundable rate.
