By making a reservation through EnjoyApartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation terms depend on the rate you booked and are shown before payment. On the Flexible rate, cancellation is free up to 7 days before check-in; between 3 and 7 days before check-in 50% of the accommodation is refunded plus the full cleaning fee; inside 3 days, or in case of no-show, the stay is not refundable. The Non-refundable rate is 10% cheaper and cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved once paid. The full policy is set out on our cancellation policy page. Bookings of accommodation for specific dates are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Spanish and EU consumer law.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before check-in.
